The Chief FCA4U is a component kit designed to create a robust quad ceiling mount configuration. It serves as the central assembly for mounting multiple devices, such as projectors or displays, from a single ceiling point. This is critical for installations requiring precise alignment and stability for several AV components, particularly in commercial or educational environments where multiple screens or projectors are deployed.
This component kit is designed to integrate with Chief's extensive ceiling mount system. It is specifically intended for use with Chief projector and display mounts that support a quad configuration. Consult Chief's compatibility matrix for specific mount series and models that accept the FCA4U center assembly. It is not a standalone mount but a crucial adapter for multi-device ceiling installations.
Installation requires a compatible Chief ceiling mount and appropriate structural support. Ensure all mounting hardware is torqued to manufacturer specifications to guarantee stability and safety. Proper alignment of the FCA4U with the chosen mount is essential for achieving the desired device positioning. This kit is intended for professional installation by qualified technicians.
