Overview
The Zebra ZIPZUD10044029 is a roll of 4-inch wide by 2-inch high polyester labels designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Featuring Z-Ultimate 4100T coated acrylic adhesive, these labels provide a strong bond on a variety of surfaces, making them suitable for asset tracking, product identification, and compliance labeling in environments where durability is critical. Each roll contains 1340 labels, and they are supplied in boxes of four.
Compatibility
These labels are designed for use with Zebra thermal transfer label printers that support a 1-inch core size. They are compatible with printers requiring labels of 4-inch width and 2-inch height. The Z-Ultimate 4100T adhesive is engineered for performance on both high-surface-energy plastics and low-surface-energy plastics, as well as powder coatings and textured surfaces.
Installation Notes

The coated acrylic adhesive requires proper application surface preparation; ensure surfaces are clean and dry for optimal adhesion. Storage conditions should be between 50°F and 90°F (10°C and 32°C) with relative humidity between 30% and 60% to maintain adhesive tack.
