Description

Zebra 65816 Concise Descriptor

Overview

The Zebra 65816 is a roll of 4x2.5 inch (101.6x63.5mm) white polyester labels designed for high-performance thermal transfer printing. These labels utilize a permanent adhesive, ensuring they stay securely attached in demanding environments. Each roll contains 2240 labels, and they are supplied in boxes of four rolls, providing a substantial supply for high-volume printing operations. This specific label stock is optimized for use with Zebra's Z-Ultimate 3000T White High Performance Coated ribbon, delivering exceptional print durability and resistance to smudging, chemicals, and abrasion. The 3-inch (76.2mm) core is compatible with most industrial thermal transfer printers.

Compatibility

This label material is engineered for use with Zebra thermal transfer printers that support 3-inch core rolls and require the Z-Ultimate 3000T White High Performance Coated ribbon. It is suitable for printing applications requiring durable, long-lasting labels, such as asset tracking, product identification, compliance labeling, and harsh environment marking. While designed for Zebra printers, it can be used with other thermal transfer printers that accept 4-inch wide media and 3-inch cores, provided the correct ribbon is used.

Installation Notes

For optimal print quality and durability, ensure the printer's ribbon and media sensors are clean. The label material requires a thermal transfer ribbon (Z-Ultimate 3000T White High Performance Coated) for printing; direct thermal printing is not supported. Print speeds should be adjusted based on the printer model and desired resolution to prevent printhead damage or poor image transfer. Store unused labels in their original packaging in a cool, dry environment to maintain adhesive tack and material integrity.
