Compatibility
This label is designed for use with Zebra thermal transfer printers, specifically those that support the Z-Ultimate 4000T ribbon series. It is compatible with a wide range of Zebra desktop and industrial printers, including the ZT200, ZT400, ZD400, and ZD600 series, among others. For optimal performance, ensure your printer is configured for thermal transfer printing and uses compatible ribbon widths.
Installation Notes
For maximum adhesion, the label and the surface to which it is applied should be clean and dry. The Z-Ultimate 4000T High Tack adhesive achieves full bond strength within 24 hours at room temperature. Avoid application on surfaces with extreme temperatures or high moisture content, as this can compromise adhesion. Recommended application temperature is between 50°F (10°C) and 100°F (38°C).
