Compatibility
This media is designed for use with Zebra thermal printers that accept 3-inch core rolls and feature direct thermal print capability. It is compatible with Zebra ZT200, ZT400, ZT500, ZT600 series printers, as well as select desktop models like the ZD420 and ZD620 when configured for direct thermal printing. Verify your printer's media specifications for 4-inch width and 3-inch core compatibility.
Installation Notes
For optimal print quality and adhesive performance, ensure the label surface is clean and dry before application. The all-temperature adhesive allows application in temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C) and maintains adhesion up to 100°F (38°C). Print resolution should be set appropriately for direct thermal media to avoid print head damage and ensure clear barcodes. Recommended operating temperature for the labels themselves is between 40°F (4°C) and 100°F (38°C).
