Overview
The Zebra 81397 is a roll of 3x6 inch (76.2x152.4mm) thermal transfer labels designed for high-volume printing in demanding environments. These Z-Select 4000T labels feature a high-performance coated material with a permanent adhesive, ensuring durability and legibility for asset tracking, inventory management, and shipping applications. Each roll contains 910 labels, and they are supplied in boxes of six rolls, providing a consistent supply for continuous operations. The 3-inch (76.2mm) core is compatible with standard industrial label printers.
Compatibility
These labels are specifically designed for use with Zebra thermal transfer printers that support 3-inch core rolls and 3-inch wide media. They are compatible with a wide range of Zebra industrial printers, including the ZT400 series, ZT500 series, ZT600 series, and other models requiring these specifications. For optimal print quality and performance, use with Zebra-certified ribbons is recommended.
Installation Notes
Ensure the label roll is loaded correctly onto the 3-inch core spindle in your Zebra printer, with the label side facing the printhead. Verify that the printer's media guides are adjusted to accommodate the 3-inch width. For thermal transfer printing, a compatible ribbon must also be installed and properly aligned with the label stock.
