Compatibility
This label stock is designed for use with Zebra thermal transfer printers that support 3-inch core rolls and require labels with a 3.5-inch width. It is compatible with a wide range of Zebra desktop and industrial printers, including but not limited to the ZT200, ZT400, ZD420, ZD620, and GK/GX series printers when configured for 3-inch cores and appropriate media width.
Installation Notes
Ensure your thermal transfer printer is configured for the correct media width (3.5 inches) and that the ribbon is properly loaded for thermal transfer printing. The all-temperature acrylic adhesive requires a minimum application temperature of 50°F (10°C) and a service temperature range of -20°F to 176°F (-29°C to 80°C). For optimal adhesion, ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application.
