Description

Zebra LD-R2AL5B Label Paper Concise Descriptor

Overview

The Zebra LD-R2AL5B is a 2x1.25 inch (50.8x31.8mm) direct thermal label paper designed for value-driven, everyday printing needs. It features Z-Perform 1000D uncoated material with a permanent adhesive, suitable for applications where durability is secondary to cost-effectiveness. The 0.75-inch (19.1mm) core size is standard for many desktop thermal printers, facilitating easy loading and reducing downtime. Each roll contains 280 labels, and the box includes 36 rolls, providing a substantial supply for high-volume environments. This label stock is engineered for clarity and readability in applications like shipping, inventory, and general-purpose labeling, especially when paired with Zebra's Frontline AI Enablers for workflow streamlining.

Compatibility

This label paper is compatible with Zebra direct thermal printers utilizing a 0.75-inch core and supporting 2x1.25 inch label dimensions. It is designed for use with Zebra's Z-Perform 1000D series, ensuring optimal print quality and adhesive performance on compatible Zebra printers. Verify your printer's media specifications for core size and label width compatibility.

Installation Notes

Ensure the printer's media guides are adjusted to accommodate the 2-inch width of the labels to prevent skewing and ensure clean print output. For optimal performance and adhesive tack, apply labels at room temperature (18°C to 24°C or 65°F to 75°F) and allow 24 hours for the adhesive to reach full strength, especially in cooler environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures which can degrade the label material and adhesive.
