Description

ACTi 185-00212 Table Stand VESA Mount

Overview

The ACTi 185-00212 is a white table stand designed to mount displays and monitors via VESA standard bracket attachment. This stand solves the installation problem of positioning monitors on control-room desks, network operations centers, or command stations where wall or ceiling mounting is not practical. The gravity-based design — meaning it relies on base weight and foot geometry for stability rather than active damping — keeps the stand simple and cost-effective. Model 185-00212 fits compact desk environments where monitor repositioning is infrequent and vibration from foot traffic is minimal.

Compatibility

The 185-00212 accepts VESA-pattern monitor mounts — standard 75×75 mm or 100×100 mm hole grids on the back of most flat-panel displays. If your monitor or display has a VESA slot pattern on its rear panel, this stand will accept the adapter bracket. Confirm your display's VESA compatibility before purchase; some compact or budget monitors use proprietary mounting systems instead. The stand is manufacturer-agnostic and works with ACTi monitors, third-party surveillance displays, and general commercial monitors that meet VESA specifications.

Installation Notes

Place the stand on a level, stable surface — desks, console tables, or shelving. Because it relies on gravity, uneven mounting surfaces reduce stability and increase tip-over risk. Do not mount on wheeled carts or unstable furniture. Attach your VESA-compatible display using the appropriate mounting bracket (sold separately if not included with your monitor). Keep the stand away from high-traffic areas where accidental contact could cause tipping. Not suitable for vibration-prone environments such as vehicle mounts or industrial floors with heavy machinery — use wall or ceiling mounting instead.
