It reads MIFARE cards, HID proximity tokens, and NFC credentials at 13.56 MHz and 125 kHz, supporting mixed-credential environments where card inventory spans multiple technologies. Installation Notes
Mullion mounting requires the reader to be positioned within the vertical glass door frame member—no drilling of the door itself. Verify that your mullion width accommodates the reader's physical profile and that power supply (12 VDC) and control wiring (Wiegand or RS-485) can reach the installation point without exceeding cable length limits. RS-485 runs support daisy-chaining multiple readers to reduce controller load. Confirm all credentials are pre-enrolled in your control system before bringing the reader live to avoid access failures during commissioning.
