Description

HID 1386LGGSV Isoprox II Proximity Access Card

Overview

The HID 1386LGGSV is an RF-programmable proximity access card designed as a low-cost, passive credential for facilities using HID proximity reader infrastructure. It delivers over 137 billion unique codes across formats up to 85 bits, eliminating battery maintenance and offering infinite operational lifespan. The 1386LGGSV meets the industry standard for cost-effective access control in retail, commercial, and enterprise environments where proximity-based authentication is already deployed.

Compatibility

The 1386LGGSV is compatible with all HID proximity readers, including legacy and current-generation HID reader families. Verify your reader model against HID's reader compatibility matrix before deployment — some older or specialized HID reader variants may have read-range or encoding limitations. Card format (85-bit programmable, sequential numbering) aligns with standard HID ProxCard II specifications.

Technical Notes

Read Range & Durability: Passive RF design provides consistent read range unaffected by body shielding, keys, or coins in proximity — a meaningful advantage in high-traffic areas. Card is flexible and crack-resistant PVC; no battery means no lifecycle replacement cost.

Programming & Administration: RF-programmable format allows ID number assignment separate from external card number. Cross-reference list correlation simplifies system administration when cards are issued or revoked.

Physical Form: Card dimensions support standard wallet carry or badge strap/clip mounting for photo ID integration. Gloss finish on front and back (F-gloss, B-gloss notation) resists fingerprints and minor wear.

Minimum Order: 100-unit bulk purchase required. Sourced factory-new from the manufacturer.
