With three fans delivering a combined 660 CFM, it moves enough air to keep high-density 1U/2U equipment from throttling in sealed rack enclosures — a common failure point when you stack amplifiers, NVRs, and PoE switches without forced airflow. The steel black-finish housing integrates flush into the rack top without adding a separate panel-mount step. Running on 120 VAC, it wires directly to standard rack PDUs without a separate transformer or adapter. This is an uncontrolled (non-speed-regulated) active unit — airflow is constant, which simplifies installation but means there's no thermostat-triggered quiet mode if noise floor matters in the deployment space.

This unit does not fit SL, BGR, or specialty shallow racks.
