i-PRO PPRM35W Parapet Mount Bracket
Overview
The PPRM35W is a parapet-mount bracket system designed to elevate i-PRO surveillance cameras above rooflines for unobstructed perimeter coverage. This solve the problem of wall-mounted cameras limited by eaves, fascia, or obstructions—by positioning the camera above the parapet edge, you gain clear sightlines to ground-level activity without blind spots. The bracket ships as a modular assembly: base, arm with 1.5" NPT threads, and extension piece, allowing vertical adjustment and flexible positioning on masonry or concrete parapet walls.
Compatibility
The PPRM35W is engineered for i-PRO PS485S, PS781, and WV-QAT501-S camera bodies. These are fixed or zoom dome and compact box cameras; verify your camera's threaded housing matches the 1.5" NPT standard before ordering. The bracket does not work with non-threaded camera bodies or housings lacking NPT fittings.
Installation Notes
This is a masonry-mount assembly—installation requires drilling into concrete or brick parapet walls. The kit includes 6 stainless steel masonry anchors and a masonry drill bit; anchor depth and spacing depend on wall composition and local building codes. A qualified installer should verify the parapet structure can support the combined weight of the bracket assembly plus the mounted camera and any lens extension. All hardware is stainless steel (M10 bolts, 3/8" hardware for the arm assembly), meaning minimal corrosion risk on rooftop installations. Cable routing must comply with local code; plan conduit or cable trays to protect runs from weather and UV. Use of non-stainless fasteners or substitutions can lead to rust failure at roofline.
