Overview
The NVR-R-2-200TB-FD is a 2U rack-mount network video recorder purpose-built for large-scale IP surveillance deployments spanning hundreds to thousands of concurrent camera feeds. It ships fully configured with Windows Server 2025 Standard, VideoInsight Edition pre-installed, and VI Server Activation included—eliminating OS setup and licensing delays on arrival. Dual Intel Xeon Silver 12-core processors (24 threads), 64GB system RAM, and 200TB usable storage capacity deliver the sustained throughput and retention window required for enterprise, municipal, and critical-infrastructure environments. The system is tested and ready for out-of-box deployment into standard 4-post 19-inch racks.
Compatibility
The NVR-R-2-200TB-FD integrates with any IP camera ecosystem via standard ONVIF-compliant streaming (H.265, H.264, MJPEG). Network connectivity includes two 1 Gigabit BASE-T ports and two 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports—the 10GbE links eliminate bottlenecks when aggregating high-bitrate feeds from distributed camera networks or connecting to remote archive infrastructure. iDRAC9 Express embedded management permits remote server administration, firmware updates, and diagnostics without physical access.
