i-PRO NVR-DTL-1-80TB-V5 Standalone NVR Tower Server
Overview
The i-PRO NVR-DTL-1-80TB-V5 is a fully configured, ready-to-deploy NVR tower designed for enterprise campuses, healthcare networks, education systems, and government facilities requiring centralized on-premises video management with extended retention. The unit arrives with 80TB usable storage (four 20TB enterprise drives in RAID 5 configuration), an Intel Xeon 4-core/8-thread T400 processor, 32GB RAM, and Windows 11 PRO with Video Insight enterprise server software preloaded and activated. No OS imaging or post-delivery configuration is required — power on, connect network and cameras, and begin recording. This density makes it practical for multi-building deployments where local storage redundancy and compliance-driven retention timelines demand high-capacity, fault-tolerant recording.
Compatibility
The NVR-DTL-1-80TB-V5 operates as a standalone Windows-based video management server compatible with any ONVIF-compliant IP camera. Video Insight Enterprise software handles provisioning, recording policies, search, and playback; integration with Active Directory enables role-based access control and network authentication. Dual 1GB NIC base-T interfaces support recording rates of 150–250 Mbps on RAID 5; segregate camera ingest and management traffic across separate physical switches or VLANs to avoid congestion. The unit can also run third-party VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec, etc.) provided Windows licensing and third-party software support are confirmed in advance. RAID 5 protects against single-drive failure; no hot-swap mechanism is built in, so drive replacement requires service engagement.
Installation Notes
Tower form factor: 18.0″ H × 6.5″ W × 17.6″ D, weighs 52.91 lbs. Requires standard 110V or 220V AC single-phase power (690W fixed PSU). Rear-mounted 3.5″ HDD bays house four enterprise drives; additional capacity is special order and requires extended configuration time. Dual 1GB NICs must be cabled to network infrastructure; separate physical switches or VLAN configuration is recommended to isolate recording load from management and playback traffic. Unit includes 3-year next business day on-site service and remote diagnosis support; third-party hardware modifications void warranty coverage.
