Description

Code Blue 40024 Fuse Kit for Fuse Block Power

Overview

The Code Blue 40024 is a replacement fuse kit designed for fuse block power distribution in Code Blue speakerphone and communication systems. This kit addresses the need for spare fuses in emergency communication towers and wall-mounted enclosures where power continuity is critical. Use this when replacing blown fuses in existing Code Blue fuse blocks or when provisioning a system with backup protection components.

Compatibility

The 40024 fuse kit is compatible with Code Blue fuse block power systems used across the CB Series product line, including CB1 Series towers, CB2 Series wall-mount enclosures, CB4 Series wall-mount enclosures with solar integration, CB5 Series towers, CB6 Series speakerphone enclosures, CB9 Series towers, and CBRT Series towers. It is also compatible with LS1000 and LS2000 VoIP audio paging systems, as well as IP1500, IP1501, IP2500, and IP2501 VoIP speakerphone platforms. Verify your specific Code Blue equipment model before ordering to confirm fuse block integration.

Installation Notes

Fuses should be replaced only when power to the fuse block is disconnected. Ensure the replacement fuse matches the original amperage rating stamped on the fuse block or documented in your system's electrical schematic. Do not bypass or over-spec a fuse rating, as this defeats protection and creates fire risk. If fuses blow repeatedly, investigate the underlying power draw or circuit fault rather than simply replacing the fuse.
