Description

Vertiv FMSBKT Front Mount Support Brackets

Overview

The Vertiv FMSBKT is a front mount support bracket designed for recessed rack installations, providing a stable mounting point for power distribution units (PDUs) and basic power strips. This bracket facilitates clean cable management and ensures secure placement of power infrastructure within standard server racks, specifically when front mounting is required.

Compatibility

This bracket is engineered to mount to the Vertiv FMP (Front Mount Plate). It is compatible with specific Vertiv power accessories including the PDU2ER (two mounting positions for button mount PDUs), PDU3ER (three mounting positions for button mount PDUs), VPCB1 (single vertical cable bar), PSBGLRR-B (one mounting position for button mount PDU), and PSBGLRR (mounts a single vertical basic power strip). The FMSBKT itself offers 1 RMU of vertical space and supports a weight capacity of 150 lbs.

Installation Notes

Installation requires mounting to the Vertiv FMP. The FMSBKT provides a 1 RMU footprint for integration into standard 19-inch rack systems. Ensure the rack structure can support the combined weight of the bracket, mounted PDUs, and connected power loads, up to the 150 lb capacity.
