Overview
The Panduit CFP1EI is a single-port, vertical surface-mount faceplate designed to house one Mini-Com module. Constructed from durable ABS material, its Electric Ivory finish integrates cleanly into commercial environments. This faceplate is suitable for copper systems installations where a single network port needs to be terminated and presented at a wall outlet. The CFP1EI model, part of the Classic series, provides a straightforward termination point for network cabling infrastructure.
Compatibility
This faceplate is engineered to accept any single Panduit Mini-Com module. It is designed for use with Panduit's Pan-Net® copper systems. While it terminates standard RJ45 or other Mini-Com modules, it does not dictate the network speed or category beyond the module installed. Ensure the Mini-Com module selected meets the desired network performance requirements (e.g., Cat6A, Cat6).
Installation Notes
The CFP1EI faceplate is designed for surface mounting. It requires standard wall-mounting screws (not included) for attachment. The ABS material offers good impact resistance for typical indoor commercial use. It meets RoHS compliance standards, indicating adherence to environmental regulations regarding hazardous substances.
