This service is designed to address complex installation scenarios where remote guidance is insufficient, ensuring that your systems are configured correctly from the outset to meet specific operational requirements and performance benchmarks. It’s for projects demanding hands-on expertise at the physical site.

Compatibility

This service is compatible with the full range of Vertiv surveillance and IT infrastructure products, including but not limited to Vertiv rack systems, power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and environmental monitoring solutions. It is intended for integration projects involving these core systems, ensuring they function cohesively within your existing or new deployment environment.

Installation Notes

Onsite implementation requires a pre-scheduled appointment coordinated with Vertiv technical support. The customer must ensure the installation site is accessible, prepared, and meets all safety requirements prior to the technician's arrival. All necessary physical space, power, and network connectivity for the target equipment must be available. This service covers the configuration and integration of specified Vertiv hardware; it does not include the installation of third-party devices or software unless explicitly stated in a custom SOW.
