Overview
The Cradlepoint 170761-001 is a 180mm cellular antenna covering 600MHz–6GHz spectrum with direct SMA connector attachment. Compatibility
This antenna is compatible with Cradlepoint CBA850 (with 1200M-B modem), W1850, W2000 Series, MC400 1200M-B, and MC400-5GB devices. Installation requires an available SMA RF port on your target device. Do not attempt to force-fit this antenna into connectors other than SMA — incompatible connector types will damage both antenna and device port.
Installation Notes
Attach via SMA direct-connect interface. Apply maximum torque of 4 in-lbs when seating the connector — hand-tight plus a quarter turn is sufficient. Over-torquing will crack the SMA center pin. No additional cabling, adapters, or tools beyond a small adjustable wrench are needed. The antenna's 180mm length suits both mast-mounted and wall-bracket deployments; confirm physical clearance in your mounting environment before installation.
