Code Blue Z13083-01 Help Point Wall Mount Enclosure
Overview
The Z13083-01 is a wall-mount enclosure for Code Blue's CB 2-e IP5000 FP1 help point system, built for permanent installations on exterior walls, parking structure columns, and building entries where a pedestal footprint isn't practical or available. The 0.078-inch stainless steel housing is built to NEMA 4 for outdoor exposure and designed to ADA specifications, so it fits accessibility-compliant emergency communication deployments on campuses, garages, and transit stops. This unit ships with the Houston logo configuration.
Compatibility
The Z13083-01 is purpose-built for the CB 2-e enclosed series and pairs with Code Blue's IA4100 Analog full-duplex speakerphone as a standard feature. It also accepts the LS1000 VoIP Speakerphone, LS2000 VoIP Handset, and IA4100 Analog Speakerphone modules, so the same enclosure supports either an analog or VoIP call path depending on how the site's phone system is provisioned. A beacon/strobe is standard, giving the unit visible signaling in addition to audio — useful where ambient noise or lighting conditions limit siren-only designation.
Installation Notes
At 29.79 in. H x 11.90 in. W x 4 in. D and 24 lbs., the enclosure needs a solid wall or structural mounting surface rated for its weight plus hardware — confirm substrate before drilling. Power input is 12-24V AC/DC, and PoE (802.3af) is supported for the network path, which simplifies cable runs where a single Cat5e/6 line can carry both data and low-voltage power to the enclosure. UL 62368-1 compliance covers the electrical safety listing for the installed electronics. Because the unit is rated IP68 and built to NEMA 4, it tolerates direct rain, washdown, and dust exposure — confirm conduit entry points are properly sealed during install to preserve that rating.
