Description

Code Blue CB2E00288 PoE Wall-Mount Connector

Overview

The CB2E00288 is a wall-mounted PoE connector enclosure built for IP-based security and communication deployments. Constructed from 0.078" stainless steel and rated to NEMA 4, this unit delivers 802.3af PoE power directly at the wall-mount point, eliminating the need for separate AC infrastructure at remote installation sites. Designed to ADA specifications, the CB2E00288 fits perimeter entry points, outdoor communication stations, and integrated security sensor housings where a single power and signal connection is required.

Compatibility

The CB2E00288 is compatible with standard PoE (802.3af) network infrastructure and IP devices requiring 12–24V AC/DC power input. It supports the Code Blue Help Point 2 Series Enclosed family and integrates with LS1000 VoIP Speakerphones, LS2000 VoIP Handsets, and IA4100 Analog Speakerphones. As a universal wall-mount connector, it works with any IP camera, access control reader, or networked device drawing under 13W via PoE without additional power supplies.

Installation Notes

Unit dimensions are 11.90" W × 29.79" H × 4" D, with a weight of 24 lbs, requiring sturdy wall anchoring and adequate stud backing. The stainless steel construction suits coastal, industrial, and corrosive environments. NEMA 4 rating means sealed against dust and water spray, but not submersion. 12–24V AC/DC input accommodates both legacy analog systems and modern PoE switching infrastructure.
