Description

Citizen CL-S700IIINNU-C Thermal Label Printer with Ethernet and Standard Cutter

Overview

The Citizen CL-S700IIINNU-C is a 203 DPI desktop thermal label printer engineered for high-volume label production in warehouse, shipping, and retail environments. This model combines USB and Ethernet connectivity with an integrated standard cutter, delivering factory-fresh labeling without external finishing equipment. The CL-S700III line is built for continuous operation — choose this unit when you need network-ready barcode printing, direct integration into WMS systems, and automatic label separation in a single compact footprint.

Compatibility

The CL-S700IIINNU-C integrates with any WMS, order-management, or labeling software that supports standard Windows, macOS, or Linux printer drivers via USB or Ethernet. Works with 4-inch-wide thermal label stock (up to 5 inches with external media guide — verify width requirements with your label supplier). Network deployment allows multiple workstations or automated systems to queue jobs to a single printer without point-to-point USB wiring. Compatible with barcode formats including Code 128, Code 39, EAN, UPC, QR, and all standard 1D/2D symbologies.

Installation Notes

Connect via Ethernet (10/100 Base-T) to your local network and configure a static IP or DHCP assignment. USB option available for standalone or backup connectivity. The standard cutter mechanism is factory-installed and requires no additional configuration — confirm label stock width is within 2.1 to 4.0 inches for optimal cutter alignment. Thermal print heads operate without ink or toner; load label rolls or fan-fold stock face-up into the media bay. Allow at least 8 inches of clearance above the cutter for label delivery and retrieval.
