Overview
The A3656NBA0H013 is a desktop charging and communication base for the CipherLab 1560, 1562, and 1564A mobile scanners. It anchors the handheld to a fixed workstation via USB, delivering both power and wired data connectivity—a common requirement in receiving docks, shipping areas, and picking stations where you need the scanner docked between active scans rather than roaming continuously. The base bridges Bluetooth-capable handhelds to Windows, Linux, and standard POS systems through a direct USB connection, eliminating the need for wireless network overhead in hardwired environments.
Compatibility
Works with the CipherLab 1560P, 1562, and 1564A mobile scanners. The base accepts these handhelds via mechanical dock connector, charging the internal battery while maintaining Bluetooth pairing to connected hosts. USB output connects to any standard computer or POS terminal running Windows or Linux; third-party scanning software using HID or native USB protocols will recognize the docked scanner as a standard input device.
