Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX0.2MRD is a 0.2-meter (0.7 ft) Category 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gb/s. Its solid foil tape construction limits alien crosstalk, ensuring signal integrity for demanding network applications. The tangle-free latch simplifies connections and disconnections, streamlining moves, adds, and changes in network closets or data center racks. This cord is rated CM for use in pathways and spaces between floors and plenums.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, ensuring compatibility with all Category 6A network infrastructure. It supports IEEE 802.3af (PoE), 802.3at (PoE+), and 802.3bt (PoE++) Type 3 and Type 4 power delivery standards, making it suitable for powering network devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones without requiring separate power supplies. It is also rated for 2500 mating cycles with these PoE standards.

The UTP6AX0.2MRD features high-performance modular plugs with a tangle-free latch design for easy release. Its solid 24 AWG conductors and CM flammability rating are suitable for in-wall and riser applications. The cable diameter is 0.250 inches (6.4mm). Each cord includes pre-installed RapidID barcodes for simplified port mapping and network management using compatible RapidID software.
