Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX3GR is a 3-foot, green Category 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gb/s. Constructed with 24 AWG solid unshielded twisted pair cable and high-performance modular plugs, this cord is engineered to limit alien crosstalk, ensuring reliable performance in demanding network environments. The tangle-free latch design simplifies moves, adds, and changes by preventing snags and allowing for quick release. Pre-installed RapidID barcodes facilitate easy port mapping with compatible software.

Compatibility

This patch cord meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, making it suitable for 10GBASE-T Ethernet applications. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet applications, ensuring it can power connected devices without compromising network performance. It is wired for compatibility with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes.

Installation Notes

The cable has a CM flammability rating, suitable for general-purpose in-wall use. The overall diameter is 0.250 inches (6.4mm). The tangle-free latch mechanism allows for easy disconnection without requiring a tool, but care should be taken not to exert excessive force that could damage the connector.
