Description

Panduit UTP6AX27BL Patch Cord

Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX27BL is a 27-foot Category 6A unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission. Constructed with 24 AWG solid conductors and a solid foil tape shield, it effectively limits alien crosstalk to ensure reliable 10 Gb/s performance. This cord is ideal for structured cabling systems in enterprise networks, data centers, and environments requiring robust connectivity, simplifying moves, adds, and changes with its tangle-free latch design.

Compatibility

This Category 6A patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, ensuring compatibility with any Category 6A or higher rated network infrastructure. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE++) standards, making it suitable for powering connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones without requiring separate power cabling. The RapidID pre-installed barcode facilitates easy port mapping with compatible software.

Installation Notes

Featuring a tangle-free latch, this patch cord allows for quick and secure release, streamlining installation and maintenance tasks. The cord diameter is 0.250 inches (6.4mm). It meets UL 1863 standards for communications circuit accessories and is RoHS Compliant. The cable construction is CM rated for use in building risers. Rated for 2500 mating cycles, it provides durable, long-term connectivity.
