Description

Panduit UTP6AX26GY Patch Cord

Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX26GY is a 26-foot Category 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed network deployments requiring robust data transmission and PoE++ (802.3bt) power delivery. Its solid foil tape construction limits alien crosstalk, ensuring reliable 10 Gb/s performance crucial for IP surveillance systems and data centers. The tangle-free latch design simplifies moves, adds, and changes, streamlining infrastructure management.

Compatibility

This patch cord is built to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, making it compatible with all Category 6A network infrastructure. It is rated for 2500 cycles with IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (type 3 and type 4) standards, ensuring full compatibility with PoE++ devices such as high-power IP cameras, wireless access points, and other network-powered equipment. The RJ45 modular plugs connect to standard network ports.

Installation Notes

Constructed with 24 AWG solid conductors and a CM flammability rating, this cable is suitable for in-wall or riser installations where CM-rated cable is required. The 0.250-inch (6.4mm) diameter and solid construction require careful bending radius management to avoid kinks or damage, especially when routing through conduits or tight spaces. The integrated tangle-free latch on the RJ45 connector simplifies disconnection and prevents snagging during installation or maintenance.
