Overview
The Panduit UTP6AX25RD is a 25-foot Category 6A unshielded twisted pair (UTP) patch cord designed for high-speed network deployments. Constructed with 24 AWG solid conductors and a CM flammability rating, this red cord ensures reliable 10GBASE-T Ethernet performance up to 500 MHz. Its solid foil tape construction limits alien crosstalk, a critical factor for maintaining signal integrity in dense data center environments. The integrated tangle-free latch simplifies connections and disconnections, streamlining infrastructure management for moves, adds, and changes. Pre-installed RapidID barcodes facilitate port mapping and network documentation.
Compatibility
This patch cord meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, making it compatible with all Category 6A network infrastructure. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, ensuring compatibility with high-power PoE devices without compromising network performance. It is wired for T568A and T568B schemes, offering flexibility in installation.
Installation Notes
