Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX21VL is a 21-foot Category 6A unshielded twisted pair (UTP) patch cord designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gb/s. Constructed with 24 AWG solid conductors and high-performance modular plugs, this violet cord is engineered to limit alien crosstalk, making it suitable for demanding network environments, including those supporting PoE++ (802.3bt). The integrated tangle-free latch simplifies moves, adds, and changes, while pre-installed RapidID barcodes facilitate efficient port mapping with compatible software.

Compatibility

This patch cord is rated to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, ensuring compatibility with virtually all Category 6A network infrastructure. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 PoE standards, making it suitable for powering network devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones directly over the Ethernet cable, provided the power sourcing equipment (PSE) meets the required power levels. Its 2500-cycle rated connectors are designed for frequent connection/disconnection cycles.
