Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX1RD is a 1-foot Category 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed networking environments. Its solid 24 AWG construction and high-performance modular plugs ensure reliable 10 Gb/s transmission, limiting alien crosstalk with a solid foil tape shield. This cord is ideal for data center I/O consolidation, server virtualization, backbone aggregation, and high-speed computing applications. The tangle-free latch simplifies moves, adds, and changes, while pre-installed RapidID barcodes streamline port mapping with compatible software.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, ensuring interoperability with all 10GBASE-T Ethernet equipment. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, making it suitable for powering network devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones without requiring separate power supplies. It is wired for compatibility with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes.
