Overview

The Panduit UTP6AX1.5MRD is a 1.5-meter (4.9 ft) Category 6A unshielded twisted pair (UTP) patch cord designed for high-speed network deployments. It utilizes 24 AWG solid conductors with CM flammability rating and features a tangle-free latch for easy handling and secure connection. This cord is engineered to limit alien crosstalk, ensuring reliable 10 Gb/s transmission for demanding applications like data center I/O consolidation and server virtualization. The integrated RapidID barcode simplifies port mapping and asset management within your network infrastructure.

Compatibility

This patch cord is built to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards, making it compatible with all 10GBASE-T Ethernet networks. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, delivering up to 100W of power without signal degradation. It is wired to be compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes.

Installation Notes

The cable diameter is 0.250 inches (6.4mm). The tangle-free latch design facilitates quick release and prevents snagging during installation or moves, adds, and changes (MACs). Pre-installed RapidID barcodes enable efficient port identification when used with compatible RapidID software.
