Overview
The Panduit PLT4S-C76 is a 14.6-inch (371mm) standard tensile strength cable tie designed for securing bundles in environments where standard nylon may not suffice. Its Tefzel (ETFE) material provides superior resistance to chemicals, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures, making it suitable for industrial, outdoor, or corrosive applications. This tie offers a 50 lb tensile strength, sufficient for managing moderate cable loads or components.
Compatibility
This cable tie is a universal component for wire and cable management. It is compatible with any standard cable tie mounting hardware, including Panduit's saddle mounts, screw mounts, and adhesive mounts, as well as push-in and fir-tree style fasteners. It is suitable for use with any system requiring secure bundling of wires, conduits, or other components, including surveillance system installations.
Installation Notes
The PLT4S-C76 is designed for manual installation or use with standard cable tie tensioning tools. The maximum bundle diameter it can secure is 4.0 inches (102mm). The Tefzel material offers excellent performance in operating temperatures ranging from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C), ensuring reliability in harsh conditions.
