This cable is suitable for standard data networking and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications where Cat5e performance is specified.

Compatibility

This Category 5e cable is compatible with all standard RJ45 connectors and patch panels designed for Cat5e or higher performance categories (Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7). It supports data transmission rates up to 1 Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE, IEEE 802.3af) and PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) applications, provided the connected equipment and power sourcing equipment (PSE) are within the cable's electrical specifications and distance limitations. It is also backward compatible with older network standards.

Installation Notes

The Reel-Box packaging allows for pulling cable directly from the box, minimizing friction and preventing kinks.
