For production environments where label printing is on the critical path (receiving, picking, compliance labeling), a SITA plan means a replacement printer is in transit before your line stops, not after. This plan covers one year of that coverage for a single C3500 unit.

Compatibility

This service plan is specific to the Epson ColorWorks C3500 color label printer. Confirm your unit's serial number and purchase date when registering — coverage is tied to a single registered device. It is not transferable to other ColorWorks models (C7500, C6000, C6500 series) or other Epson printer families. If you operate multiple C3500 units, a separate EPPCWC3500SITA plan is required per device.
