Overview

The Panduit P42B27M is a 42U vertical Power Distribution Unit (PDU) designed for high-density server rack environments. It provides 36 C13 and 6 C19 outlets, supporting a 30A input, to power multiple pieces of IT equipment within a standard data center rack. This PDU is ideal for installations where space is at a premium and a high number of power connections are required from a single point.

Compatibility

This PDU is designed for use in standard 19-inch wide server racks and cabinets. It is compatible with any equipment requiring C13 or C19 power connectors and can be used with any rack enclosure that accommodates a 42U vertical mounting height and a depth of 1070mm. Installation Notes

Mounting is vertical within the rack. Ensure the input power cord is connected to a suitable 30A power source. The unit's dimensions are optimized for 1070mm deep racks. Verify that the total power draw of connected equipment does not exceed the PDU's 30A capacity to prevent overload.
