Axis 03332-001 Front Window Kit

The Axis 03332-001 is a replacement front window kit for the AXIS TQ1950-E camera housing, sold as a 5-pack. It exists for one reason: the front window on a thermal or long-term outdoor housing takes the abrasion, UV exposure, and impact hits so the sensor and optics behind it don't have to. When a window gets scratched, pitted, or cracked in the field, this kit lets you restore the housing's optical clarity without replacing the entire enclosure or camera.

Compatibility

This kit is built specifically for the AXIS TQ1950-E housing. Confirm the housing model on the unit before ordering — front window kits are not interchangeable across different Axis housing series, since window dimensions, seal geometry, and mounting points vary by model.

Installation Notes

The TQ1950-E housing carries an IK10 impact rating, meaning the housing assembly is built to resist heavy physical impact — a relevant spec if this housing sits in a location exposed to vandalism, thrown debris, or accidental contact (loading docks, public-facing walls, low-mounted positions). When replacing the window, maintain that rating by reseating the window and seals correctly per the housing's service instructions; a poorly seated window compromises both the impact rating and any environmental sealing the housing depends on. The housing itself runs on PoE (802.3af), which is a property of the parent camera/housing assembly, not the window kit — worth noting when planning a service visit, since no separate power work is needed to swap the window.
