Maya specializes in IP intercom and building-scale paging. She treats intercom as part of the larger access and surveillance system — not a standalone box at the door — so the camera, reader, paging zones, and PSIM end up working together instead of being three separate maintenance contracts.
Most intercom mistakes she catches are wiring and PoE budget. She works backwards from the door station back to the switch, accounts for power class and cable runs, then plans the SIP and ONVIF endpoints with the customer’s VMS team before the order ships.
Approach
Maya specifies Aiphone, 2N, Comelit, and Valcom across multi-tenant residential, healthcare, K-12, and corporate offices. For paging, she designs zone maps that match how facilities actually evacuate and announce — not just “more horns.”
