Overview
The Altronix T1RAL3F8V is a 19-inch rackmount power distribution system designed to provide fused, regulated 12VDC and/or 24VDC outputs for access control systems and surveillance equipment. It accepts 220VAC input and includes battery backup capability, making it suitable for critical infrastructure where continuous power is essential. This unit is ideal for centralizing power distribution in a server rack environment.
Compatibility
This unit is designed to power a variety of access control systems and surveillance devices requiring 12VDC or 24VDC. It is compatible with sealed lead acid or gel type batteries for backup. The system can power devices requiring up to 6A continuous output across its fused outputs, with an additional 1A auxiliary output. It also supports powering access controllers directly, with specific input and output voltage/current ratings.
Installation Notes
The unit requires a 220VAC input supply, with an acceptable range of 198VAC to 256VAC. Input current draw is 2.5A, protected by a 5A/250V fuse. Outputs are individually fused at 3A/32V. The system includes a voltage regulator for 24VDC to 12VDC conversion, capable of delivering 6A continuous. Battery type compatibility includes sealed lead acid or gel. Operating temperature is 0ºC to 49ºC.
