Description

Altronix T2MKX3F4 Power Distribution Module

Overview

The Altronix T2MKX3F4 is a compact power distribution module designed to consolidate power for up to four surveillance cameras or other low-voltage devices. It simplifies wiring by providing a single point of connection for your power source and multiple outputs, reducing clutter and potential points of failure in a surveillance system installation. This module is ideal for installations where space is constrained, such as within junction boxes or small enclosures, ensuring a clean and professional setup for the T2XX series power supplies.

Compatibility

This module is specifically designed for use with Altronix T2XX series power supplies, including but not limited to the ALT/MER/6A/4DR/FUSE/115/T2XX. It provides four fused outputs, each rated for 2A, with a total system output of 6A at 12VDC. It is intended for powering low-voltage devices such as IP cameras, access control readers, or other security peripherals that require a stable 12VDC supply.

Installation Notes

Each of the four outputs on the T2MKX3F4 is individually fused with a 2A fuse, providing overcurrent protection for each connected device. The module requires a 12VDC input from a compatible Altronix power supply. Wiring should be performed by qualified personnel, ensuring proper gauge wire is used for the current draw of the connected devices to prevent voltage drop. The compact form factor allows for easy integration into existing infrastructure.
