The Panduit FR12ACAB is an adjustable bracket cabinet designed to securely mount 12x4 FiberRunner® cable management systems within standard 19-inch racks. This accessory provides a stable platform for routing and managing fiber optic and copper cabling, ensuring proper bend radius and strain relief in high-density data center or enterprise network environments. Its adjustable depth allows for precise positioning to accommodate various rack depths and equipment layouts, preventing cable stress and facilitating easier maintenance.
Compatibility
This bracket is specifically engineered for use with Panduit 12x4 FiberRunner® channel systems. It is designed to mount within standard 19-inch wide racks, providing a universal fit for most data center and telecommunications infrastructure. It is not compatible with other cable management brands or different FiberRunner channel sizes (e.g., 4x4, 6x4).
Installation Notes
Installation requires standard rack mounting hardware (not included) to secure the bracket to the rack uprights. The adjustable depth mechanism uses captive screws to lock the bracket in place once the desired position is achieved. Ensure the rack is stable and properly grounded before installation. Torque specifications for rack mounting screws should follow the rack manufacturer's guidelines.
