The Altronix NETWAY5BTWP is a 5-port, high-power PoE+ network switch designed for deployment in demanding environments. It provides network connectivity and power to IP cameras, access control devices, or other network-enabled equipment where protection against dust, water, and corrosive agents is critical. The NEMA 4X rated enclosure ensures reliable operation in outdoor or washdown areas, making it suitable for industrial facilities, food processing plants, or transportation hubs. This unit simplifies installation by consolidating network and power delivery for up to four PoE-enabled devices.

This switch is compatible with standard IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ devices. It functions as a standard network switch for any IP-based surveillance or security system, including but not limited to cameras from Axis Communications (e.g., P32-series, Q35-series, M30-series), Hanwha Vision (e.g., XNB-series, QND-series), and Hikvision (e.g., DS-2CD series). It integrates with network video recorders (NVRs) and video management systems (VMS) that support standard Ethernet connectivity.

Installation Notes

The NETWAY5BTWP requires a 120-240VAC, 50/60Hz power source for its internal power supply. Ensure the mounting location can support the unit's weight and is accessible for wiring.
