Vertiv LT500-50Y Leak Detection Cable

Overview

The Vertiv LT500-50Y is a 50-foot leak detection sensing cable designed to work with the Liebert Liqui-tect® 460 system. It provides zone detection of leaks, protecting critical equipment by constantly monitoring areas for liquid presence. This cable is ideal for perimeter sensing or serpentine coverage of sensitive zones, offering an essential layer of protection against water damage in IT environments.

Compatibility

This sensing cable is compatible with all Liebert LT500 Sensing Cables and specifically designed for use with the Liebert LT460 leak detection system. The maximum total length of sensing cable supported by the LT460 system is 100 feet (30.5m).

Installation Notes

The LT500-50Y operates within a temperature range of 50°F to 104°F (10°C to 40°C) and humidity from 10% to 95% RH (non-condensing). It requires a 24 VAC power source drawing a maximum of 120 mA (3 VA). The unit is housed in a NEMA 1 / IP30 enclosure, suitable for indoor, protected environments. It supports up to 100ft of sensing cable length.
