Compatibility

This media converter is designed to interface with standard Ethernet network devices. It supports any IP camera, NVR, or network switch that adheres to IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards for PoE delivery and IEEE 802.3u/ab/az standards for Ethernet connectivity. The two SFP slots allow for compatibility with a wide range of single-mode and multi-mode fiber transceivers (sold separately), enabling connections to various fiber optic network infrastructures and distances.

Installation Notes

The NETWAYSP41PL requires the installation of appropriate SFP transceivers (sold separately) into its two SFP slots to establish fiber optic links. Each of the four RJ45 ports supports auto-detection of MDI/MDI-X and auto-negotiation for speed (10/100/1000 Mbps). Power is supplied via an included 110VDC to 24VAC power adapter, which connects to the unit's barrel connector. Ensure the ambient temperature remains within the operating range of 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F) for optimal performance.
