The Panduit UTP28X4BU is a 4-foot, blue Cat 6A Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) patch cord. Its compact 28 AWG solid conductor construction simplifies cable management in high-density environments like data centers, supporting 10GBASE-T Ethernet and advanced PoE++ (802.3bt) power delivery. The integrated tangle-free latch ensures secure connections and easy de-plugging, streamlining moves, adds, and changes.

Compatibility

This patch cord is designed to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards for frequencies up to 500 MHz, ensuring compatibility with 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 PoE applications, making it suitable for powering high-demand network devices. The cord is wired to be compatible with both T568A and T568B schemes.
