Overview
The Panduit XG64212BS0001 is a 42U FlexFusion™ cabinet designed to house IT and network equipment within a controlled environment. Measuring 600mm wide by 1070mm deep, this powder-coated steel enclosure provides robust physical protection and thermal management capabilities. It is suitable for data center or network closet deployments where organized and secure rack-mount equipment is required. The cabinet ships assembled, reducing installation time and complexity.
Compatibility
This Panduit FlexFusion cabinet is designed to accommodate standard 19-inch rack-mountable equipment per EIA-310-E and TIA/EIA-942 standards. It is compatible with a wide range of servers, network switches, patch panels, and other IT infrastructure components. The 1070mm depth is particularly well-suited for deeper servers and complex cable management runs. It also includes a left-side PDU mounting bracket for organized power distribution.
Installation Notes
The cabinet features a perforated front door with a single hinge and split, perforated rear doors for optimal airflow and heat dissipation. Standard locking mechanisms are included for security. The unit is equipped with casters for mobility during installation and placement, and it includes side panels for enclosure. The upper cover incorporates a brush seal for efficient cable entry and dust mitigation. It meets UL2416 and RoHS compliance requirements.
