Compatibility
This rear rail kit is compatible exclusively with the Middle Atlantic ERK series of racks. It is designed to mount equipment with standard 10-32 rack rail screw threads. The 27 RU capacity means it can accommodate up to 27 standard 1.75-inch rack units of equipment stacked vertically at the rear of the rack frame.
Installation Notes
The kit includes 10-32 threaded rack rail holes, requiring standard 10-32 rack screws (not included) for equipment mounting. The 20-inch depth of the rail provides substantial support for deeper rack-mount components. Its 1.41-inch width ensures it occupies minimal horizontal space within the rack, maximizing usable width for other components.
