The Altronix R2416220 is a 2U rack-mountable power distribution unit designed to provide multiple, fused outputs for powering surveillance cameras, access control systems, or other low-voltage devices. It accepts a 220VAC input and delivers selectable 24VAC or 28VAC outputs, ideal for installations requiring centralized power management and individual circuit protection. The R2416220 is suited for environments where multiple devices need reliable, fused power from a single rack-mounted source.
Compatibility
This unit is designed for use with 220VAC input power systems. It is compatible with a wide range of low-voltage surveillance cameras, IP cameras, access control panels, and other security devices that require 24VAC or 28VAC power. Each of the 16 outputs is individually fused with 3.5A/250V main fuses, offering protection for connected equipment. It is suitable for integration into standard 19-inch rack systems.
Installation Notes
The unit requires a 220VAC power source. Input current draw is approximately 1A. Total output current is rated at 7A, with a maximum of 3.5A per individual output. Ensure the total current draw of connected devices does not exceed the unit's capacity. The operating temperature range is 0ºC to 49ºC. Dimensions are 3.26” x 19.125” x 8.5”.
