Description

Middle Atlantic WRK-24SA-32 Stand Alone Rack

Overview

The Middle Atlantic WRK-24SA-32 is a 24-space, 32-inch deep stand-alone rack designed for secure, organized deployment of AV and IT equipment. With a substantial UL load capacity of 2,500 lbs and a static weight capacity of 10,000 lbs, this rack is engineered for heavy-duty installations, including seismic-rated environments. Its 32-inch depth accommodates deeper chassis and provides ample room for cable management, making it suitable for server rooms, network closets, and AV control centers.

Compatibility

This rack is built for standard 19-inch wide rack-mountable equipment. It utilizes 10-32 rack rail threads, compatible with the vast majority of IT, AV, and security devices. The 24 rack units (RU) provide significant vertical space for consolidating components. The included rear door enhances security and cable access.

Installation Notes

The WRK-24SA-32 is TAA compliant and manufactured in the USA. It meets ASCE 7-10 standards for seismic load capacity, requiring proper anchoring to the building structure for rated performance. The usable depth is 30.75 inches, which is critical for ensuring clearance for deeper equipment and associated cabling. Ensure adequate floor space for the 24.25-inch width and 48.13-inch height.
