Overview
The ERK-2128LRD is a 21-space, 28-inch-deep open-frame rack from Middle Atlantic's ERK series — built for installations where rear-door access isn't needed and cable management or airflow is a higher priority than enclosure. The frame-only configuration means no rear door to work around when you're dressing cables behind a row of NVRs, patch panels, or network switches. At 40.88 inches tall (36.88 in usable height across 21 RU), the ERK-2128LRD fits standard equipment rooms without hitting ceiling constraints. Its 22-inch exterior width houses a standard 19-inch panel width with room for vertical cable management on the sides. Steel construction with a black wrinkle powder coat finish holds up to the abuse of a working equipment room — and the 2,500 lb UL-rated load capacity means you won't be calculating headroom on a fully populated rack of dense surveillance or AV gear.
